1. Product Characteristics:

Excellent Corrosion resistant and aging resistant.
The FRP pipe have excellent resistance to long time corrosion of all kinds of chemical mediator such as acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent, seawater and polluted water etc. You can select different pipes according to the medium and the temperatures

Excellent dynamics performance.
The FRP pipe has low specific gravity （1.8~2.1g/cm）and high strength(≥300MPa)，while the tenacity is better than steel and iron pipes.

Excellent hydraulics performance.
The FRP pipe has Smooth inner, and enjoy good reputation of prominently saving energy because of the smallness friction resistance(n≤0.0084). Which means that under a certain flow, the liquid has a low-pressure head loss, so you can select FRP pipe with smaller diameter or conveying pump with low power. And this will reduce the investment in beginning stage, save power energy, lower running cost.

Excellent designability and widely used.
The material, the winding angle and the layer of FRP pipe can be designed according to the requirements of the working pressure, the chemical mediators, or the depth of the underground.

For every pipe can be 12 meters long, use spigot-and-socket joint with double "O" type sealing ring with a perfect seal. You can also test the pressure on each connection.

4. Technology:
We adopt continual glass fiber winding process controlled by computer, which at the International advanced level. We make the inner, structural layer, and outside protection layer, heat treatment though Remote infrared ray salamander, we can add flame retardant, ageing resistant and all kinds of color sizing according to customer’s request.

5. Connection mode:
Spigot-and-socket joint with double “o” sealing rings, spigot-and-socket joint with single ”o” sealing ring, butt joint, spigot-and -socket joint with gluing, flanged joint, etc.

6.Product inspection standards:
Both manufacture and inspection in accord with JC552 standard.
