1. Introduction:
     FRP top pipeline is the product with resin as the basal body, and consecutive fiber-glass as the reinforcing material, pipe wall middle is the resin mortar structure, double end is the pure FRP structure. The product is adopting the wrapping technology, which controlled by the computer.

2. Product Characteristics:

• Smooth inner wall.The soil cohesion has no effect on the FRP sandy pipe, so there is no dead pipe.
  
• Lighter weight (only 1/10 of the concrete pipe), Easy to construction and save the cost.
  
• Easy to correct an error rectify a deviation because of small strength and small sedimentation
  
• Good surface abrasion resistances, so even in the long distance, the outer wall of the FRP pipe still keep the good state.
  
• Smooth inner wall, small resistance and big flow. In the condition of the same flow, choose the smaller pipe, can reduce the project general cost.

3. Product specification:

• Diameter: DN400-DN4000mm
  
• Pressure grade: P≤2.5Mpa.
  
• Rigidity grade: SN10000, SN20000, SN30000.
  
• Length: 2m, 3m, and 4m

We also can produce the product of any pressure grade and length according to the customer demand.

4. Connection mode:

     The double end of the FRP top pipeline are pure FRP structure, adopt “F” tie-in, connection lantern ring adopt stainless steel, steel or FRP lantern ring. Sealed materials adopt rubber sealed circle.
